We are typically able to identify early in the session if hypnosis is not suitable and will communicate this with you. We have refined counselling methods that are able to support you if hypnosis isn’t your thing but in the unlikely event we cannot, we are always happy to refer you to a more suitable service.

There are similarities. Through counselling, you receive professional support like a psychologist, including talking through your challenges, exploring patterns, and learning coping strategies. Unlike a psychologist, I don’t diagnose, but I combine counselling and hypnotherapy to support you to achieve fast, practical results.
