Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each session is booked for you and as such, this time is set aside, preventing us from booking another client in this time slot. For this reason:
  • Sessions must be paid in full before the commencement of the appointment unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.
  • Up to 48 hours before the session, appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge. Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the session, a fee of 50% will be charged.
  • Cancellations of less than 24 hours or NO shows to the appointment will be charged 100% of the fee. By paying this invoice, you agree to the above terms. Subsequent sessions cannot be booked until outstanding invoices are paid.
  • Funds for cancelled sessions will be held or refunded when the above conditions are met at the clients request.
  • Under Australian law, it is unlawful to guarantee therapeutic outcome and for this reason we are unable to offer a refund on this basis. We will however always strive to do our very best for each client and this includes notifying you if we are unable to help, in which case we would refer you to an alternative service where appropriate.
